IIT Gandhinagar will host a pre-event of the India Internet Governance Forum (IIGF) on December 2nd

Open to all, the IIT Gandhinagar virtual event will be accompanied by a host of lectures by renowned experts in the fields of industrial and scientific computer science and engineering, data science, and artificial intelligence (AI).

The Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar (IIT Gandhinagar) will host a pre-session for the India Internet Governance Forum (IIGF) 2022 tomorrow, 2nd December. The India Internet Governance Forum pre-session will run from 3am to 5pm. The theme of his Pre-event IIGF event this year is “Multilingual Internet”. The institute invites computer science students, professionals, researchers, and Internet enthusiasts from around the country to its events. 

A related statement from IIT Gandhinagar said: According to a statement from IIT Gandhinagar, this virtual and open event will be complemented by several scientific lectures given by eminent experts in field computing. Science and Engineering, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) from industry and academia.

Dr. Ajay Data, Founder and CEO of Data Ingenious Global Limited, gave a lecture on “Universal Acceptance (UA) and its Coverage” and Mahesh Kulkarni, Founder and CTO of Evaris Systems LLP, gave a presentation on “Universal Acceptance – A Basic Requirement for Multilingual Internet”. Professor Rajat Moona, director of IIT Gandhinagar and a leading computer scientist, will deliver a lecture “Empowering Communities through the Internet and Slang,” the statement added.
